Gaspard Demur

Gaspard Demur is Deputy Head of Unit “Digital Transformation of Industrial Ecosystems” at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT). This Unit leads the policy on digital transformation of companies, including in the context of the Recovery and Resilience Facility and contributes to the digital transformation of ecosystems. It ensures the deployment of Digital Innovation Hubs under the Digital Europe Programme. Previously M. Demur was Team Leader for National Renovation Strategies and Recovery at the Directorate for Energy (DG ENER). Beforehand, he was also Assistant to the Director General of DG ENER dealing notably with energy security and nuclear policies. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the College of Europe and Sciences Po Paris.
